Job summary

Action Together is seeking a Co-production Coordinator to lead lived-experience led co-production and deliver impactful community initiatives in Oldham. You will build capacity within OPAN, collaborate with the LocalMotion programme, and work across sectors to address social and economic challenges.

The role requires a facilitator with strong project management skills, able to translate complex issues into practical action and nurture trusting relationships with diverse groups across the charity

Qualifications

• Experience in co-production and lived experience led approaches.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically to address social issues.
• Experience in project management within voluntary or public sectors.

• Lead development and delivery of lived experience led co-production.
• Build capacity of network partners, including OPAN.
• Collaborate with national LocalMotion programme to share learning.
