Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop is seeking motivated Co-Pack Operatives to join our production team. This role focuses on production line and co-packing activities, ensuring products are processed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work on Monday to Friday, with two shift times on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out co-pack and production tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Supervisors.
• Working on production and conveyor lines to meet customer requirements and productivity targets.
• Removing products from packaging for rework and repacking finished products at the end of the production line.
• Running down production lines, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Following standard operating procedures and safe working practices at all times.
• Supporting e-commerce operations with picking, packing and put-away activities when required.

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Working Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation

Location: Manton Wood 1 - Worksop

Unlike a traditional warehouse role, this position is primarily focused on production line and co‑packing activities, ensuring products are processed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards in line with customer requirements.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Carrying out co-pack and production tasks as directed by Team Leaders and Supervisors
• Working on production and conveyor lines to meet customer requirements and productivity targets

• Running down production lines, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
