Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United Kingdom is hiring a Warehouse Operative to support our fast-paced fulfilment operation in a chilled environment. You will pick, pack and sort orders, perform manual handling for loading and unloading, operate headset equipment and keep the warehouse tidy.

Shifts rotate every four weeks between 08:00-16:00, 14:00-22:00 and 10:00-18:00; we value a flexible, can‑do attitude and strong organisational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork with colleagues.
• Ability to learn and follow safety procedures.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Picking, packing and sorting orders in a fast-paced environment
• Using headset equipment
• Getting hands-on with manual tasks, from handling to loading and unloading
• General housekeeping of the warehouse

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude
• Able to work on a rotational shift pattern
• Have excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not a deal-breaker. Training is provided!
