Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated safeguarding data and governance professional to coordinate governance and audit activity for the Children’s Safeguarding Assurance Partnership (CSAP) across Lancashire. You will analyse safeguarding data to create clear insights and support safeguarding reviews.

This role shapes policy and practice across multi-agency services, aiming for inspection readiness and continuous improvement, while embedding the voices of children, families, and vulnerable adults in

Qualifications

  • Experience in safeguarding, quality assurance, audits or performance.
  • Understanding of children's safeguarding practice, policy and statutory duties.
  • Ability to analyse complex information and create clear, accessible insights.
  • Organised and self-directed approach.
  • Ability to thrive in multi-agency settings.
  • Commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice.
  • CV and supporting statement no longer than three pages.
  • Successful candidate required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for a disclosure.
  • Must have appropriate work authorization; international sponsorship is not available.
