Co-operative Services Manager

£39,980.65 per annum + £1,680 car allowance
37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Homes & Communities department managing our co-operative team. The team provides a high-quality housing service to a portfolio of co-operative properties across Birmingham and Walsall in accordance with individual Housing Management Contracts.
You will ensure a coordinated service delivery approach to housing management tasks such as income management, allocations and lettings, breaches of tenancy, resident engagement, and recording repair and maintenance reports on the housing management system to deliver excellent customer service.
You will develop positive relationships with Co-operative Committees, representing the organization at formal meetings which may include up to six evening meetings per month.
The successful candidate will work proactively with colleagues across all Trident departments, especially Homes and Communities, Technical Services, and Finance, to support the co-operatives’ aims and identify opportunities for development, including training and resident engagement initiatives.
