We have exclusively partnered with this thriving recruitment business to find a Director & Co-Founder to lead the charge. With the highest commission structure in the market – up to 60% with zero threshold – this is a unique opportunity to join at the top and build something exceptional.

The Opportunity:

This is more than a recruitment role; it’s a chance to become a business owner. We’re searching for a top-billing consultant who’s ready to step into directorship, grow a team, and drive the Life Sciences division forward. You’ll have full autonomy and the ability to work remotely or from our Leeds office. If you’re dreaming big, you’ll love the equity options on offer, paving the way for real ownership in a rapidly growing company.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Build: Launch and scale the Life Sciences division with full autonomy.
• Client Acquisition: Secure key accounts with Life Sciences firms across the UK and beyond.
• Team Expansion: Recruit, mentor, and manage top recruitment talent.
• Market Domination: Position the business as a leader in Life Sciences recruitment.
• Bill Big: Expectation to bill £250k - £300k annually minimum – this is for top billers only.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven top-billing experience in Life Sciences recruitment (or related sectors).
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re building your own business within the business.
• Relentless work ethic and commitment to growth.
• Flexibility to work remotely, in Leeds, or even abroad.
• Must be a British Citizen due to work requirements.
