Multimatic is seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator (Turning) to join our Night Shift in the United Kingdom. You will set and operate CNC turning centres, select tooling, set offsets and work holding, and prove out new and existing jobs to meet engineering drawings and customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC turning centres in a fast-paced production environment.
• Select tooling, set offsets, prepare work holding, and prove out new and existing jobs.
• Produce components to engineering drawings and customer specifications.
• Perform first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, respond to machine alarms, and maintain production output.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and workplace safety.
