Job summary

HR GO Group is recruiting for experienced CNC Turners and Millers to join a well-established precision engineering company in Ely, Cambridgeshire. This permanent, full-time role offers an hourly rate of £15–£16 plus a 25% night shift allowance and a 37.5-hour week.

Day shifts: Mon-Thu 37.5h, Fridays off. Night shifts: Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri, with 25% night allowance. Reading drawings and setting/operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls is required; programming is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC turning or milling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fanuc or similar CNC controls experience.
• Programming experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turning and milling machines.
• Set up and run CNC machines to required specs.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to produce parts.
• Ensure quality and maintain attention to detail.
• Programming experience is advantageous.

CNC Turners and Millers job opportunity with this large successful and established precision engineering company. This permanent job operates on a full-time hours.

Pay: £15-£16 per hour + 25% shift allowance for nights
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are currently looking for experienced CNC Turners and Millers to join our team.

CNC Turners are urgently required.

Day Shift

• Monday to Thursday
• 37.5 hours per week
• Fridays off

Night Shift

• Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday
• 37.5 hours per week
• 25% night shift allowance

Requirements

• CNC turning or milling experience needed
• Fanuc or similar CNC control experience
• Experience setting and operating CNC machines
• Able to read engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Programming experience is an advantage
