Job Title: CNC Turner, Siemens, Mazatrol, Fanuc and Philips.

Location: Bingley

Shift: 3 Days on 3 days off 6am-6pm

Based in Bradford, our client is a dynamic global manufacturing organisation supplying high-performance fluid sealing products and services across various industries. They have state-of-the-art skills in materials technology, including elastomers, polymers, composites, and engineering plastics, as well as expertise in precision machining of exotic alloys and tension control fasteners. The company operates 11 facilities worldwide, with an additional 40 across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, SE Asia, South Africa, and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC turning machines
• Use driven tooling on Siemens and Mazatrol controls
• Operate Siemens, Mazatrol, Fanuc, and Philips machine controls
• Machining thin-walled components

Required Skills & Experience:

• Operate CNC lathes up to 30 inch/760mm diameter
• Mechanical aptitude and dexterity
• Knowledge of imperial and metric measurements
• Use measuring equipment to verify products
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of engineering processes or ability to learn
• Experience with super alloy components like Inconel 625, 825, and 718
• Experience with 6S standards
