The Role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Turner who can Program, Set, and Operate Mazak CNC Lathes.

Because our materials are highly specialized, this isn't a "button-pushing" high‑volume job. You will be working on low‑volume, high‑value runs, requiring a methodical approach, deep machining knowledge, and a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC Lathes using Mazatrol (and/or ISO) controls.
• Set up tooling, choose correct speeds/feeds, and prove out new programs safely.
• Manufacture low-volume, high-precision parts down to micron-level tolerances.
• Interpret technical engineering drawings and geometric tolerances (GD&T).
• Perform self‑inspection on parts using micrometers, verniers, and shadowgraphs to ensure flawless quality.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes for challenging, non‑standard materials.
