JOB DESCRIPTION: CNC Setter, Operator, Turner - Machine Tooling, CNC Machining, Manufacturing

40 hour working week (Rotating double Day shift):
A· Week 1, 3 & 5 - Monday to Thursday 6.00 - 14.30 and Friday 06.00 - 12.00
A· Week 2, 4 & 6 - Monday to Thursday 13.00 - 23.00

This is a hands-on role, setting up a machine, reading drawings and adjusting equipment while checking. You will be working in a medium - high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: CNC Setter, Operator, Turner - Machine Tooling, CNC Machining, Manufacturing

Based out of our Milton Keynes Head Office, your duties and accountabilities will include:
A· Operating CNC Lathes.
A· Maintaining product quality through first off and sample preparation.
A· Operating CNC and manual metrology equipment.
A· Maintaining on time adherence for work schedule.
A· Maintaining the condition of machinery through routine machine checks and cleaning routines.
A· Personal and operational safety.
A· Actively engaging in continuous improvement for safety, quality, and efficiency.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: CNC Setter, Operator, Turner - Machine Tooling, CNC Machining, Manufacturing

You will have the following characteristics and experiences:
A· CNC Turning, Setting & Operating Machine Tooling experience.
A· GCSE or equivalent in Maths, English, Engineering, or Craft qualification.
A· Dedicated to attention to detail, and high-quality.
A· Keen to take responsibility and initiative.
