Job Profile

The ideal candidate will be an experienced CNC Turner eager to join an established team with growth opportunities. You should be a strong team player, producing high-end turned components using state-of-the-art CNC turning machines. You will work alongside skilled engineers and approachable management, with a focus on quality, which is central to the company's values. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled CNC machinist to join a progressive company working on interesting projects.

Responsibilities:

• CNC Turning
• Programming, setting, and operating Haas machines using OneCNC
• Producing prototypes, small batches, and occasional production runs based on customer needs
• Machining to tight tolerances from materials like Titanium, Stainless Steel, Inconel
• Working from engineering drawings

Skills & Experience:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes (Haas experience preferred)
• CAD/CAM experience essential (preferably OneCNC; training available)
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience machining to tight tolerances
• Using CMM (desirable)

Hours of Work:

• 39 hours per week
• 7:45 am - 4:15 pm Monday to Thursday
• 7:45 am - 3:15 pm Friday
• Up to £21 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x after 39 hours/week
