Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a CNC Trainer for a days-based, permanent role in Whitstable. You will develop and deliver CNC training plans on multi-axis lathes, supporting operators while aligning with production needs.

With a CNC machining background and coaching skills, you'll help grow internal capability, benefit from a relocation option, a site-wide bonus, external training, and company benefits.

Qualifications

• CNC machining background with lathe experience (fixed head / sliding head / multi-axis).
• Experience in training or coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement CNC training plans to train someone up internally.
• Site-based role in Whitstable supporting CNC machining on multi-access lathes (fixed/sliding head).
• Days position: 8:00-4:30.
