Job description

Contek is currently working with a reputable precision engineering company located in Brownhills, Walsall. Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking for a skilled CNC Sliding Head Turner to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

ABOUT THE COMPANY: The company specializes in the manufacture of bespoke engine parts for companies such as Caterpillar and Cummins Engines.

PAY: £19 - £20 per hour (Depending on experience)

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Thursday (06:00AM until 16:30PM) (4-day working week)

OVERTIME: Overtime is available consistently and is paid at time and a third.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working on a range of Citizen and Miyano CNC lathes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience working on sliding head CNC lathes is required.
• A committed and driven approach to work.
