Pioneer Selection is seeking a CNC Setter / Operator for their Kent manufacturing site. The role involves setting and operating CNC turning, milling and grinding machines on a Mon–Fri double day shift at the Dartford site.

You will join an established team, with a market-leading manufacturing environment and opportunities for overtime and training. Competitive salary up to £41,000 with pension and life insurance benefits.

The company has recently invested over £2m in its workshop in advanced automation, making it an excellent place to work. You will be responsible for CNC turning / milling / grinding.Setting and Operating a variety of CNC machinesWorking on a Monday to Friday double day shift pattern you will do 2 weeks of earlies, followed by 2 weeks of latesSector - Industrial Maintenance

• Knowledge of CNC
• Experience setting / operating
• Able to turn, mill, grind with CNC

Requirements for the CNC Setter / Operator

• CNC Setting experience
• CNC Operating experience
• Experience working within a workshop environment.

Desirable Requirements for the CNC Setter / Operator

• Experience working as a Workshop Engineer in the UK.
• Previous experience with CNC machines
