Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a CNC Setter/Operator in Plymouth on a 2-shift pattern, Monday to Friday. The role offers £32,000 - £34,000 per year and a structured training path in a world-class precision engineering environment.

You will set and/or operate CNC machines, read drawings, inspect parts, and work with modern equipment while following health and safety procedures; there are progression opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or knowledge of machining processes in a precision engineering environment.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Experience using inspection and measuring equipment.
• Formal engineering qualification is advantageous but experience also values.

CNC Setter/Operator - 2 shift M-F

You'll have the opportunity to progression and broaden your experience across different machines, develop your technical knowledge, and work with modern equipment and advanced machining techniques.

This is a shift role, working a 2 shift pattern, rotating weeks of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, with opportunities for other shift patterns available in the future. Overtime is available and the business offers a well-developed benefits package.

This is what you'll be doing:

• Setting and/or operating CNC machines
