Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a CNC Setter/Operator in Daventry for a PM shift. You will set and operate Haas CNC turning machinery, perform basic maintenance and tooling settings, and contribute to continuous training and development within a growing manufacturing team.

The role offers an attractive £42,000–£48,000 salary with overtime and a structured progression path, plus early finishes on Fridays. Commutable from nearby towns with strong benefits and stability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC Setter/Operator is required.
• Haas experience is highly beneficial.
• Able to commute to Daventry.
