Ernest Gordon Recruitment is helping a high-precision manufacturer in Exeter recruit a CNC Setter/Operator for day shifts. You will set and operate mills to produce precision components for aerospace/defence sectors, with a 4-day week and the benefit of longer weekends.

The role offers unlimited overtime, on-the-job training in programming, and clear career progression within a supportive team environment. You will be part of a company that values quality, safety, and a balanced lifestyle.

Formación

• Experience as CNC Setter/Operator, preferably on milling machines.
