Position: CNC Miller

Based in South Essex, you will be joining a well-known automotive manufacturing company. Due to large expansion, the company is now looking for an experienced CNC Miller with Setting & Operating experience to join their manufacturing workshop team. Responsibilities

1. Setting & Operating CNC Mills using Heidenhain control system.
2. Tooling selection, setting, and operation of machinery.
3. Working to precise engineering drawings.
4. Producing small batch work and one-offs.
5. Adhering to health and safety procedures.

Additional duties may be required beyond this list.

Skills and Experience

1. Experience in a similar manufacturing/engineering environment; automotive or aerospace experience is desirable.
2. Experience setting CMC mills with Heidenhain control systems.
3. Ability to set and operate CNC machinery.
4. Hypermill experience is highly advantageous.
5. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
