Qualifications

• Strong CNC programming and machining experience, MAZAK preferred.
• Proficiency in Fusion 360 CAD for programming and prototyping.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude with focus on continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Programming Mazak machines across platforms using Fusion 360 CAD.
• Develop CNC programmes for R&D prototypes, first-off components and production.
• Lead process improvements, NPI projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Production to resolve issues and boost efficiency.
• Apply Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase productivity.
• Support day-to-day production, quality procedures and machining cell development.
