Looking for more than just another CNC job?
I'm recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's most modern precision engineering companies who have invested over £12 million into the latest CNC technology and continue to grow year after year. Operating from a fully air-conditioned, 24/7 manufacturing facility, they produce complex precision components for sectors including Aerospace, Defence, and Formula One, working to AS9100 standards.
If you're a skilled CNC Turner who can comfortably program, set up and take ownership of complex jobs, this is the type of environment where you'll genuinely continue developing your career.
You'll be programming, setting and operating a variety of modern CNC turning centres, producing high precision components from prototype through to production.
This isn't simply loading parts. You'll be trained then trusted to take ownership of jobs from start to finish.
You will machine an impressive range of materials including: Every day is different, with it mainly being prototype / low batch work.
Live Tooling, Fanuc Controls and long hand programming would be advantageous Other controls considered if you're willing to learn.
Most companies expect experienced programmers but offer very little development, and no progression This business actively invests in its engineers.
If you're already a strong CNC Turner that wants to expand your programming capability through CAD/CAM whilst working on some of the most modern CNC machinery available, this is an opportunity worth exploring
