Job summary

Qualifications

• CNC milling and turning experience with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret tolerances.
• Experience with CAD/CAM or offline programming tools.
• Background in general machining, fabrication, or mechanical engineering; knowledge of materials and tooling.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards and inspection practices.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and methodical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a workshop, manage workloads, and meet deadlines safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling or turning machines to produce precision components.
• Interpret CAD/CAM data, select tooling and work-holding methods.
• Perform in-process inspection to ensure quality and tight tolerances.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust programs and offsets, and perform basic maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams for prototype, small batch, and larger runs.
