Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting for a CNC Programmer/Operator in Stafford Park. You will create the detailed instructions and code for CNC machines, analysing blueprints and translating designs into machine-ready programs using CAD/CAM software.

Ideal candidate has 2–3 years CNC programming experience and experience on a Citizen Slider lathe, is self-motivated, able to work on own initiative, and a team player. Hours: 7.30-17.00 Mon-Thu, 7.30-11.30 Fri.

Job description

CNC Programmer/Operator
Pertemps are recruiting for our popular manufacturing company based in Stafford Park, we are looking for a full time temporary to permanent CNC Programmer to join our clients highly skilled team.
You will be responsible for creating the detailed instructions, or code, that a CNC machine uses to manufacture their parts. You will be analysing blueprints and models, then translate those designs into machine-readable code using CAD/CAM software. This code dictates the machine's movements, tool selection, and cutting parameters to produce parts with precise dimensions and specifications.

• 2/3 Years experience in CNC Programming
• Experience using a Citizen Slider lathe machine
• Self-Motivated
• Be able to work on own initiative
• Ability to finish to a high standard

Hours
7.30-5pm Monday - Thursday
7.30 - 11.30 Friday
Salary
£17.00 - £18.00 per hour
