McLaren Racing is seeking a skilled CNC machinist to join a busy, high-performance workshop. You will program, set up and operate multi-axis machines to manufacture precision components for race car projects, including heritage cars.

The role requires Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent, experience with Edgecam or OPENMIND CAM, and familiarity with Mazatrol/Heidenhain/Fanuc controls. You will work with engineers to optimise toolpaths, ensure first-time quality under tight schedules, and uphold

Competenze

• Level 3 apprenticeship or equivalent completed.
• Experience machining small batch precision components in motorsport or aerospace.
• Proficient in Edgecam or OPENMIND CAM software.
• Experience with virtual machine or simulation tools.
• Extensive experience with Mazatrol, Heidenhain, or Fanuc controls.

Mansioni

• Create CNC programs and machine components using drawings and CAD files.
• Maintain accurate program and tooling records.
