CNC Programmer (Woodworking Machines)

Circa 30,000 DOE + Four Day Week + Overtime + Progression + Excellent Benefits

Workshop Based (Commutable From: Leeds, Bradford, Castleford, Farsley, Horsforth)

In this role you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines specified for wood-based materials. Manufacturing bespoke parts while also performing general maintenance and keeping machine performance up.

This role suits a CNC Programmer, confident with wood-based materials who is looking for the next step in their career, who enjoys working in collaboration with others and who is looking to improve their skills.

The Role:

• Working with wood-based materials to create bespoke components.
• Keeping machines working at optimal performance and minimising downtime.
• Collaborating with the design and workshop teams.
• 4 day working week, 7:00am-5:30pm, 40 hours.

The Person:

• Experience as a CNC Setter/Operator.
• Background in working with wood-based materials.
• Confidence with using SolidWorks CAD CAM software.
• Understanding of machine maintenance.
