We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join a leading manufacturer of advanced mechanical components, providing precision-engineered solutions globally. This role offers a salary of approximately £40,000 - £45,000, alongside comprehensive training, enhanced pension contributions, flexible working hours from day one, early Friday finishes, and 33 days of annual leave.

Responsibilities

1. Program CNC machines and robots for efficient and accurate operations.
2. Monitor production to meet daily targets and ensure high-quality output.
3. Optimize cutting paths and machine settings to enhance performance.
4. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot machine or robot issues.
5. Implement Lean practices, including 5S and TPM, to support continuous improvement.
6. Train new employees and interpret technical drawings for accurate setup and execution.

Desirable Skills and Experience

1. Experience with milling machines in a similar role.
2. Experience with CNC programming (offline).
3. Confidence with modern manufacturing technology.
4. Relevant manufacturing or mechanical engineering education or experience.
