Job summary

Resource Recruitment is recruiting a CNC Programmer / Setter for a renowned aerospace manufacturer in Fareham, Hampshire. The role is permanent, offering 37 hours per week and an hourly rate of £17.81–£18.88.

You will program, set and operate CNC sliding head multi-axis lathes and handle other machining such as manual turning, milling and grinding. Experience with multi-axis CNCs and sliding head lathes is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CNC Machining.
• Experience of programming, setting and operating multi-axis CNC lathes.
• Experience in high precision environments.
• Sliding head experience desirable.

Salary: £17.81 - £18.88 per hour / £659.13 - £698.68 per week / £34,275 - £36,331.50 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer / Setter for a renowned and well-established Aerospace manufacturer on a permanent basis. Founded over 100 years ago, the company have developed & grew every year to where they are now known for the design & manufacture of aerospace components and parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Programming, setting and operating CNC sliding head multi-axis lathes
• Undertaking other machining as required such as manual turning, milling and grindingDeburring of machined parts
