Job summary

Vivo Talent is seeking a Production Support Technician to join the Engineering team on a full-time, shift-based basis. The role focuses on supporting the introduction of new and existing products into production, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring manufacturing excellence.

You will work closely with Operations Leaders, Planning and Engineering to optimise processes, maximise machine utilisation, and ensure safe, high-quality production.

Qualifications

• Extensive CNC machining knowledge and experience.
• Strong GD&T understanding and tooling application know-how.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM, especially Hypermill and SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support for new and existing product introductions.
• Collaborate with Operations Leaders and Planning to capture and implement engineering requirements.
• Drive process improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
