Job summary

Workforce Recruitment Group Limited in Thatcham is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Setter/Operator to join a growing manufacturing business. You will set and run Amada HFE MK2 or Bystronic press brakes, reading engineering drawings to produce folded components to tight tolerances.

This permanent full-time role offers a modern workshop, on-site parking, a company pension, and weekly pay. Training and relocation support are available for eligible candidates willing to relocate to Berkshire.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC press brake machinery (Amada HFE MK2 or Bystronic).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

CNC Press Brake Setter / Operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Setter / Operator to join a growing manufacturing business in Thatcham. The role involves setting and operating CNC press brake machinery, working from engineering drawings and producing high-quality components to specification.

Location: Thatcham, Berkshire

Salary: £15.00-£17.50 per hour, depending on experience

Role Type: Permanent - Full Time

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 7:00am-3:00pm

Overtime: Available at 1.25x

Pay: Weekly - every Friday

Right to Work: RTW in the UK required

About the Role

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC press brake machinery, producing accurate folded components while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship. The role would suit someone with previous experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing.
