Job summary

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking a Press Brake Operative / Trainee to join our team in Basingstoke. Immediate start with a variety of shifts (morning and nights), weekday only. This role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with a competitive salary.

The successful candidate will set and operate Amada CNC press brake machinery, read technical drawings, and ensure quality checks on all components. You will contribute to housekeeping and support other duties in the assembly area as needed.

• Experience within sheet metal fabrication/manufacturing environments.
• Attention to detail and pride in your own work.

Responsibilities

• Setting & Operating CNC Press Brake.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Carrying out quality checks on components.
• General housekeeping in the factory area.
