Job summary

Pertemps Dudley Industrial is recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in Cradley Heath. The role offers £14.60 per hour with initial hours 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday, developing into a rotating pattern as you gain expertise in CNC machinery.

Applicants should have previous machining experience and a good understanding of machining processes. Full training will be provided to develop CNC skills in a supportive setting.

• Previous machining experience is essential.
• CNC experience is not required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of machining and manufacturing machinery.
• Set and adjust machines as required.
• Read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Measure and check components to ensure they meet standards.
• Carry out quality checks throughout production.
• Support CNC learning and development.
