Matchtech Group seeks a CNC Operator in Ringwood, Dorset. This permanent, full-time role offers training and a clear path to CNC programming. You will operate CNC turning machines, load/unload parts, and perform quality checks to meet production standards.

Ideal candidates have CNC machining experience, can read drawings, and show a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Overtime is available and there is long-term career progression within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC turning machines or similar equipment.
• Ability to read Engineering drawings and interpret tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and quality checks.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn new skills.
• Desire to progress into CNC programming and tooling changes.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turning machines to produce components.
• Load and unload components safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and inspect parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings before setup.
• Change tools and apply basic offsets as required.
• Work to production targets and quality standards.
