Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a CNC Operator in Loughborough with a milling or turning background. You will join a progressive, long-established precision engineering company and receive full on-the-job training on programming CNC milling machines and lathes.

The role covers operating CNC machinery producing component parts for aerospace and related industries. Mon-Thu 7am-4pm, Fri 1pm finish. Salary £14-£16 per hour with training on programming and excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications

• CNC Milling or Turning experience is required or similar background.
• On-the-job training will cover programming CNC machines.
• Proactive mindset with ability to learn programming concepts.

Are you a CNC Operator from a milling or turning background, looking to join a progressive and growing company, offering a wide variety of day-to-day work on an array of specialist machines, whilst being fully trained on programming?

In this role you will be operating CNC machines, creating parts that will feed into the aerospace, oil & gas, and military industries. You will gain full on-the-job training on how to program a range of milling machines and lathes.
