Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a CNC Operator in Loughborough with a milling or turning background. You will join a progressive, long-established precision engineering company and receive full on-the-job training on programming CNC milling machines and lathes.

The role covers operating CNC machinery producing component parts for aerospace and related industries. Mon-Thu 7am-4pm, Fri 1pm finish. Salary £14-£16 per hour with training on programming and excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications

• CNC Milling or Turning experience is required or similar background.
• On-the-job training will cover programming CNC machines.
• Proactive mindset with ability to learn programming concepts.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to produce component parts.
• Receive full training on programming for milling and turning operations.
• Work on lathes and milling machines with provided training.
