Are you a skilled CNC Operator/Programmer with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Join a growing bespoke furniture manufacturer in Little Horwood, Milton Keynes, where quality and creativity come together.

We specialise in creating high-end, custom furniture for both corporate and residential clients. You’ll be working with advanced equipment, including a TigerTec TR710 Jumbo Sheet 3-Axis CNC, and using VCarve software to bring unique designs to life.

• Be part of a small, dedicated team where your input and initiative matter.
• Use your joinery CNC programming experience and drawing interpretation skills to produce stunning bespoke pieces.
• Take ownership of your work – ideally, creating your own cutting lists directly from technical drawings.
• Work in a supportive environment that values enthusiasm, independence, and a proactive mindset.
• Enjoy a competitive salary, overtime pay, and generous holidays:
o Salary: £35,815 – £41,990 (DOE)
o Hours: Mon–Fri, 07:30–17:30
o Overtime: Time + ⅓ (Mon–Fri), Time + ½ (Sat), Double time (Sun)
o Holidays: 21 days + Bank Holidays
