Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a CNC Operator with programming experience to join a precision engineering company in Birmingham. The role involves operating and programming FANUC-controlled CNC millers to produce bespoke parts across multiple materials and industries, including Defence.

You will work Monday to Friday with 7:30am–4:30pm (Friday 7:30am–1:30pm), and enjoy flexitime, early finish Fridays, in‑house training, and overtime at the 1.5× rate.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC millers.
• Experience programming FANUC or similar packages.
• Ability to work to schedule and maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC millers, primarily FANUC.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Maintain and follow the approved production schedule.
