Knowledge House Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a skilled CNC Operator/Machinist for a busy toolroom in Headcorn, Kent. The role offers varied, low-volume, high-precision work and a supportive team environment.

You will machine precision components, read detailed drawings, and work to tight quality standards. Experience with ISO 9001 and CAD/CAM software is a plus, with opportunities to develop skills and progress within the company.

Qualifications

At least one year's experience within a CNC machining environment.
Experience producing small batches of precision-engineered components.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Producing complex, low-volume parts to exacting quality standards.
Operating CNC lathes and milling machines to manufacture precision components.
Working from detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and safety.
Helping to ensure customer deadlines are achieved.
Collaborating with colleagues to support tooling, fixtures and production requirements.
