Contract Personnel are seeking a reliable CNC Operator to set up and run aluminium machining processes, ensuring components meet exact specifications.

The role involves loading parts, selecting programmes, operating machines safely and maintaining quality, with a Monday–Friday day shift and a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role offers weekly pay and on-the-job training through Contract Personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC operations and setting up programmes.
• Ability to follow set programmes and instructions accurately.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load aluminium parts onto the CNC machine.
• Select and input the correct programmes from organised folders.
• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure components are machined to required specifications and quality standards.
• Check finished parts for defects.
• Keep a clean and safe working area.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.

Contract Personnel are seeking a reliable and hardworking CNC Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to process aluminium components, ensuring all parts are manufactured accurately and to the required specifications. This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Loading aluminium parts onto the CNC machine
• Selecting and inputting the correct programmes from an organised folder
• Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensuring components are machined accurately and meet quality standards
• Checking finished parts for defects or inconsistencies
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working area
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures
• Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate:

• Previous CNC operating experience is essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work from set programmes
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Shift pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 until 16:00
