Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking experienced CNC Operators and Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is a long-term role with competitive pay and progression opportunities.

You will operate CNC machinery, read technical drawings, program machines, and perform manual manufacturing tasks. Immediate starts are available, with day or rotating shifts and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC Operator or Machine Operator experience.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Experience programming CNC machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling and practical work.
• Reliable, hardworking and keen to secure a long-term position.

Responsabilités

• Operating CNC machinery within a busy manufacturing environment.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Programming machines and making adjustments where required.
• Carrying out hands-on manufacturing and manual work.
• Working across production areas including floors, walls, joinery and logistics.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Following production processes and health and safety procedures.
