Job summary

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking experienced CNC Operators and Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is a long-term role with competitive pay and progression opportunities.

You will operate CNC machinery, read technical drawings, program machines, and perform manual manufacturing tasks. Immediate starts are available, with day or rotating shifts and a strong focus on quality and safety.

CNC Operator / Machine Operator

Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield
Pay: £13.45 per hour basic, with higher rates available depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:00pm or rotational 0600-1400/1400-2200
Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm
