Job summary

Workforce Staffing Ltd is recruiting a CNC Machine Operator for an aerospace manufacturing environment in Redditch. You will operate CNC machinery to manufacture precision components and load/unload jobs safely while following drawings and specifications.

You will monitor operations, perform quality checks, report defects, keep the work area clean, and follow health and safety procedures. Applicants with previous CNC experience and a strong eye for detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of quality standards.
• Ability to follow production instructions and drawings accurately.
• Reliable, practical and safety-conscious approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.
