Job summary

We Can SolviT Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced CNC operator for a busy, down-to-earth company in Hinckley (LE9). You will handle more than loading the machine, performing quality checks and learning to set fixtures with the long-term goal of fully setting CNC machines.

A pay rise awaits when you can set machines. The role offers fixed day shifts, 39 hours per week, with options aligned to 07:00–17:15 or 07:00–16:00 / 12:00 finish on Fridays, and a salary of £12.71–£13.50 per hour DOE.

We are looking for experienced CNC operators, for a busy and down to earth, friendly company, that works on complex jobs to tight tolerances. This role is perfect for someone that loves to get into the detail and continue to develop their skills further.

The Job

This isnt your standard operating job, instead of just loading the machine and pressing go. You will also be carrying out quality checks and over time learning to set fixtures with the end goal learning to set CNC machines fully.

Once you can set machines then there will be a pay rise.

Shift - your choice both 39hrs paid

Option 1 - Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 17:15 this has a 15min paid break and 30 min unpaid break

Option 2 - Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 16:00 (same breaks as above) then Friday 07:00 - 12:00 with a 15 min paid break
