CNC Operative

Location: Tewkesbury
Full-Time Permanent - GBP35,000
Day Shifts and Overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines for both new manufacturing and tool regrinding
• Interpret engineering drawings and convert them into accurate production steps
• Program machines offline to maximise productivity
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Conduct daily machine checks and complete quality logs
• Communicate production issues clearly with the wider team
• Use both handheld and digital measuring tools for quality control
• Manual grinding experience is a plus but full training will be given
