Job summary

The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting for a CNC Operative in Twycross. The role involves setting up and operating Siemens CNC machines to support production of agricultural trailers. Full training is provided, with a temp-to-permanent progression in a manufacturing environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, at £14.00 per hour. This is a stable, long-term opportunity within a busy factory setting offering development of CNC machining skills.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Location: Twycross Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 Position: Temp to Permanent

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for a CNC Operative

We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Twycross, a manufacturer of high-quality agricultural trailers, including cattle, bale, and horse trailers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term employment within a busy manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced manufacturing team, you will support the production of agricultural trailers while ensuring quality standards and production targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating Siemens CNC machines
• Setting and adjusting machine tooling and equipment
• Reading and interpreting technical and engineering drawings
• Carrying out basic maintenance and housekeeping of CNC machinery
