CNC Operator

Location: Nuneaton

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience using Mazatrol-controlled turning machines who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and operating CNC turning machines using Mazatrol controls
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Producing components to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Carrying out basic machine checks and minor adjustments
• Ensuring a safe and tidy working environment

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience operating CNC turning machines
• Strong working knowledge of Mazatrol programming and operation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience in a production or subcontract machining environment preferred

Hours & Flexibility

• Monday to Friday
• Some flexibility on days/hours for the right candidate
