Job summary

The Collective Network Limited in Northampton is seeking a skilled CNC Offline Programmer to work with Hypermill, programming complex 1-off parts and larger batches. The role offers variety in materials, tooling, and speed/feeds to maintain accuracy.

You will collaborate with machinists to ensure programs meet exacting requirements, and there is potential to help set up templates and tooling databases for future efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a precision engineering environment.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software; Hypermill is an advantage, Siemens NX is considered.
• Solid knowledge of 3, 4 and 5 axis machining and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Program complex 3, 4 and 5 axis parts from job cards and drawings.
• Collaborate with machinists to ensure precision and smooth operation; assist with templates and tooling databases.
