Anne Corder Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a hands-on role in a brand-new, state-of-the-art machine shop in Milton Keynes. You will work on high-precision components, prototype and low-volume production, and thrive on technical challenges alongside a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include setting, operating and optimising CNC machinery (milling and turning) including 5-axis work, using Matsuura/DMG machines and Heidenhain or Fanuc controls, with GD&T inspection to

Qualifications

• Proven CNC machining experience in precision engineering.
• Strong milling and/or turning abilities on complex parts.
• Experience on 5-axis machines preferred; 3+2 considered.

Responsabilités

• Setting, operating and optimizing CNC machinery for milling and turning.
• Working on advanced 5-axis machinery with 3+2 experience considered.
• Operating Matsuura and DMG machines with Heidenhain/Fanuc controls.
• Proving out prototypes and new production components; tooling feedback.
• Reading drawings, in-process inspection and maintaining tight tolerances.
• Ensuring production standards and quality procedures are met.
