Morson Edge is seeking a permanent CNC Machinist to join the CNC Milling team in Mansfield. You will plan and program using Mazak or Fanuc controls on multi-axis machines, and you will set and operate the machinery to support production goals.

Responsibilities include minimising waste, achieving quality targets, engaging in training, and contributing to process improvements. Reading engineering drawings and maintaining traceability are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months CNC experience.
• Experience with VMCs and multi-axis machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Experience with inspection tools (micrometers, verniers, DTIs).
• Understanding of material traceability.
• Strong maths and English skills.

• Setting and operating CNC machinery; programming online and offline.
• Minimise waste and contribute to efficiency improvements.
