This on-site role combines hands-on CNC operation with team supervision, technical support and production coordination to ensure safe, efficient and quality-focused output.

You will lead the machining team on shift, drive continuous improvement, monitor equipment performance and uphold stringent safety standards in a demanding manufacturing
