Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Programmer (Bespoke Manufacturing) in Exeter to program, set and operate CNC milling machines on bespoke components. The role offers a Monday-Thursday 7:00–16:00 schedule and a Friday 7:00–13:00 finish, with up to 15 hours of overtime available each week and a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

You will interpret engineering drawings, perform dimensional inspections and produce components to tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experience programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines on bespoke components.
• Experience in precision/heavy engineering environments is preferred.
• Ability to work on one-off and production run components is advantageous.
